I just bought my DVD set, when will my order arrive?
Yes by far this is my most frequent question. I know, you can't wait to get started achieving your dreams and impressing your friends with your new amazing figure drawing skills. Most orders will ship the same day and arrive within 1 to 2 weeks business days. It’s rare, but on international orders the DVDs can get stuck in customs. You can blame the Patriot Act, as “Homeland Security” has a tendency to hold our DVDs at the border. But don’t worry, as this has only happened a few times causing a slight delay. Just drop me an email I will figure it all out for you. I mark the DVD package as ‘Gift’ to bypass customs.
How do I track my Order?
After you have placed an order, you will get an email from the post office with your tracking number on the date your order will be shipped. You can go to USPS.com and click on the top right button called ‘Track & Confirm’. Paste you’re tracking number and you will get the delivery info for your DVD order. This is for domestic customers only.
How do I play the videos on a PC or MAC?
On a PC you can use Windows Media Player. You should always use the lastest version. Mac users can download the free version of Windows Media Player from Microsoft by going to this link http://www.microsoft.com/mac/otherproducts/otherproducts.aspx?pid=windowsmedia
How do I play the videos on a XBOX 360 or Playstation 3?
If you have an XBOX 360 you play the videos using the built in media player. For Playstation 3 owners you can play the videos using the built in Media player. You might need to enable this feature by going to the systems settings menu.
What is your Replacement Policy?
We make every effort to check thoroughly for quality assurance before shipping the DVDs out to you. If for any reason you have issues with your DVDs we will replace the DVD in question for you ASP with no extra charge. Please contact me immediately with your concerns at RivenPhoenix @ Hotmail.com.
How are you able to respond so fast to email questions?
Because I care so much about keeping you happy I always have access to my email box with a cool PDA. I can access the internet and quickly respond to your questions. The fastest I have responded to a customer’s question is less than 5 sec. But I can’t always beat this record.
Where is the coolest place you’ve sent your DVDs to?
Well, that would have to be Kazakhstan.
Can I pay by Check/Money Order or Western Union?
Yes, sure you can. Online orders are very secure and safe, I guarantee it! Remember you don’t have to be a paypal member to order. But if you do want to order by mail you can send me an email and I will give you the info. RivenPhoenix @ hotmail.com
I placed an order for the DVD and now I don’t want it because my sister says you are a jerk.
First tell your sister I’m sorry. Then when the order comes write, “Refused, Return to Sender” on the package and stick it in a mail drop. The mailman will bring it back to me and I will refund your money. I shouldn’t be so nice should I?
